Brief:

Design and create an original video game character, including a magazine cover for the gaming magazine Gamit. The design should showcase strong visual impact, and storytelling while being bold and engaging enough to stand out in a publication setting.

Solution:

Mushling is the brave hero of an adventure game. He is on a quest to rescue his friend, Sprout, who was kidnapped by the evil Oleander. His bright colours contrast against the dark, unfamiliar world he has to navigate on his quest.
