Brief:
Create a refined illustration and accompanying advertisement for a luxury watch. The design should emphasise craftsmanship, prestige, and elegance through strong composition, striking visuals, and a premium aesthetic.
Solution:
The carefully detailed illustration of the Rolex Submariner “Bluesy” 2025 shows the intricate craftsmanship of the luxury timepiece. It is presented through an advertisement that uses bold colour and simple lines to highlight its refined details.
How it’s made:
The illustration was created in Adobe Illustrator, with each component built from shapes filled with complex gradients to replicate the natural highlights and shadows of metal.
The advertisement was designed in Adobe Photoshop. The light trails were hand-drawn and enhanced using Gaussian Blur to create a sense of motion, depth, and atmosphere.
